What troubled times are these when the focus of outrage and injustice that is aimed at a nation falls on the shoulders of someone a half a world away who does not represent that nation, but rather a life-long dream?
I was actually shocked yesterday when I mentioned to someone that I was going to play Wiffle Ball at night and they had no idea what I was talking about. I tried to explain to them what it was in a few short moments before I left, but then I decided I put more value on getting home to eat dinner in time for Wiffle Ball than to stay and try to explain it to this person.
